The conveyor is usually used in industries to transport the commodity from one end another, and can use it anywhere. As occurrence of faults affect entire generation power, monitoring security these conveyors important. Using relay logic methods, which have many drawbacks, safety carried out, a new method therefore required. This paper focuses on monitoring, control, against different types using programmable controller (plc). work considers four significant that commonly occur conveyors, such as belt sway fault, pull chord zero speed fire safety.
